I don’t normally give a top rating in reviews. However, on this occasion it is appropriate.

Buying a second hand Porsche naturally raises concern over whether what you are buying is what you hope it to be. Buying from a main Porsche dealer feels the safest option. However, for more classic Porsches, options are limited. Purchasing privately is of course an option, but with its own risks. 

Paragon was new to me and only a setup I came across via YouTube. After reading their website, history and reviews, I decided to take a trip over and look around and particularly one of the cars advertised. My intent was to look, digest, come away and think about it. However, I ended up buying there and then.

Jamie, Jay and George all made my wife and I feel very welcome, without being pushy. There is no doubt Paragon have a deep knowledge and interest in Porsche and indeed classic cars in general. Paragon were very happy for me to inspect the car carefully, including putting on the ramp so I could have good check of the underside and engine externals. I could comfortably sit down and carefully read through the comprehensive car history file. Everything was open and honest. The friendly atmosphere and handover experience was icing on the cake.

Would I deal with Paragon again – absolutely.

I have had a Porsche itch I wanted to scratch for a few years. I couldn’t get any of the official dealers in my area interested in selling me an Approved Used Boxster. Then a friend reminded me about Paragon.

It has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish buying a Boxster S from Paragon. From the initial conversation through to 2 half days driving a few cars (during which they took my 12 year old son out separately: he’s an important stakeholder!) through to pick up day; nothing has been too much trouble. This is how buying a car should feel like.  I don’t write reviews but Paragon deserve this. Wholeheartedly recommended and I will buy from them again.  But I don’t want them tempting me for a few years please!
