  • Porsche 911 (964) RS for sale

    This beautiful 911 (964) RS is a left hand drive version with a 5-speed manual gearbox and is presented in Polar Silver with triple tone leather bucket seats.

    The lightweight, rear wheel drive RS is based on the 'Carrera Cup' race car with a revised version of the standard engine with power increased to 260bhp and a lightweight flywheel coupled to the G50/10 transmission with closer ratios, an asymmetrical Limited Slip Differential and steel synchromesh.

    The suspension is track-orientated and offers a ride height reduced by 40mm and stiffer springs and shocks.The bonnet is aluminium to save weight, as are the magnesium wheels and even the glass is thinner in the doors and rear window.

    Inside, the focus is also firmly on weight-saving, with no power windows, no rear seats and much of the sound deadening materials removed. Equipment includes 17" Magnesium Cup wheels, Guards Red seat belts and an Alpine CD player. We know this RS well here at Paragon as we have sold and serviced it previously.

    Complete with a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, it has driven 73,417 km (45,619 miles) from new in 1992.
